TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THIS RESERVATION AND THE PALOMINO INTERNATIONAL SAS ZOMAC - PALOMINO SUNRISE SERVICE
 
RESTRICTIONS AND GENERAL TERMS: 1. The entry of alcoholic beverages into the hotel facilities is prohibited. 2. Prohibited to carry, consume or sell psychoactive substances, drugs or prohibited substances. 3. Smoking, lighting campfires or fireworks is prohibited in any area of ​​the establishment or its surroundings. This activity will be considered a criminal act, taking into account the serious danger it represents and the potential for fire in the facilities. The corresponding authorities will be informed of such action and the person involved will be expelled without the right to a refund of the reservation money. 4. It is forbidden to take glasses, cups, cutlery, plates and food out of the restaurant area. 5. The entry of minors under 18 years of age is prohibited unless they are accompanied by their parents, who must carry reliable proof of paternity and custody of the minor. 6. We reserve the right to request a 20% security deposit on specific reservations as a guarantee against damage or loss of objects. 7. Guests who steal or take articles from the hotel or from other guests could be reported to the database of unwanted guests in Colombia and the competent authorities will be informed. 8. Palomino Sunrise is a place to rest, therefore we inform guests that strict quiet hours are from 11:00 P.M. At 7:00 am. 9. The lights in common areas, television and music can be turned off from 10:00 P.M. to take care of the sleep of our guests. 10. The kitchen is for the exclusive use of the hotel. It is not allowed to store guest food in the hotel fridge or shelf. 11. Palomino has a humid tropical climate which encourages biodiversity, therefore the guest understands, knows and releases the hotel from any responsibility for animal bites of any kind. CHECK-IN CHECK-OUT: 1. The total value of the reservation must be made upon arrival at the establishment in cash, via Bancolombia to Bancolombia transfer or using a credit card. The payment must be credited immediately to access the accommodation service. 2. Check-in hours start at 3:00 PM until 11:30 P.M. and the maximum Check-out time is at 11:00 AM. If this hour is exceeded, the guest must pay a penalty for each additional hour or fraction until 2:00 P.M. as maximum time. Starting at 2:01 P.M. If the guest did not checkout, the hotel understands that the client wishes to continue one more night, paying the corresponding rate of the current day for that room; all this, as long as the hotel has availability. In the event that the hotel does not have availability, the guest authorizes the cleaning staff to remove the suitcases and place them in our warehouse. Personal items that are not in backpacks and briefcases will be organized and stored in plastic bags. PETS: 1. Pets are allowed upon request and prior authorization, in which a copy of the updated vaccination card must be attached. 2. The guest who enters with a pet is responsible for any accident or incident caused by the pet, freeing the hotel from any responsibility. POOL: 1. The pool has a depth of 1.5 meters and is designed for the exclusive use of adults. 2. Minors are prohibited from entering the pool without the supervision of a responsible adult and/or guardian. 3. Pool hours are from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Entering the pool using sunscreen or suntan lotion is prohibited, as this alters the PH of the water. 4. The entry of food and drinks into the pool is prohibited. 5. The use of speakers that disturb the tranquility of other guests is prohibited. 6. Pets are prohibited from entering the pool, entering the water or a pet without a collar or leash will result in a fine. 7. Pets previously admitted to the hotel must have a collar and be with their owners at all times. Dogs of dangerous breeds must wear a muzzle without exception. SECURITY AND PRIVACY: 1. The hotel is not responsible for loss or theft of personal items. 2. Guests who present suspicious, intimidating, discriminatory, racist behavior or that threaten the safety and tranquility of the staff or other guests will be subject to expulsion without the right to a refund. 3. Those who participate, sponsor or incite to commit illegal activities will be subject to expulsion, without the right to a refund and the actions will be brought to the attention of the competent authorities. 4. Guests must wear the identification bracelet at all times to use the hotel services. 5. For security, the establishment does not accept visits to guests in the room or the use of common areas by people who are not staying and/or registered at the hotel. 6. The establishment could take pictures of its facilities while guests are interacting and enjoying the hotel. WATER SERVICE: Palomino is experiencing an energy and environmental crisis, therefore water is scarce and electricity is expensive and intermittent, therefore we want our guests to be aware of the importance of making responsible use of these resources. Please make responsible use of water. We recommend not taking showers longer than 5 minutes. REFUNDS AND RETURNS: 1. This reservation must be paid in full in advance. Due to the high season, this reservation IS NOT REFUNDABLE and does not allow changes. If the guest does not pay the reservation in full, wishes to cancel or change the reservation at any time, or does not show up on the scheduled date, they will not be entitled to a refund. ABANDONED OBJECTS: 1. Abandoned objects will be guarded for a maximum period of 7 days, after which time they will be donated or recycled.
 
Additional damages not described in this table will be quoted at the time and the guest will be informed of the amount to be paid.
